Rolls-Royce Wraith Carbon-Ceramic Brake Upgrade

Reference-led carbon-ceramic brake application for Rolls-Royce Wraith standard and Black Badge, with separate front-rotor references and mandatory VIN and wheel-clearance review.

  • Made to order
  • VIN and OE brake review
  • Worldwide supply

Final compatibility is confirmed using VIN, production month, OE brake details and measured wheel clearance.

Existing OWNSILENT Wraith and Dawn carbon-ceramic rotor product record

Why C/SiC

Four practical reasons to upgrade

The customer benefit is easier to understand as a concise summary than as another long comparison table.

Assembly weight

Potentially much lower; compare approved assembly weights

Temperature resistance

Application target can reach approximately 1,400°C; specification dependent

Corrosion

C/SiC friction ring is highly corrosion resistant

Brake dust

Can be lower with the matched compound

VIN, brakes, wheels and rear EPB

One engineering approval process

All compatibility conditions are handled here once. The written decision controls the final components and production specification.

  1. 01

    Vehicle record

Receive the VIN and confirm the exact Wraith generation or body style, production month and regional specification.

  2. 02

    Brake and wheel evidence

Record the current OE rotor, caliper, pad and rear-brake arrangement. Check spoke and barrel clearance using measurements and the supplied template.

  3. 03

    System review

Verify rear electronic parking-brake integration and retained functions. Review rotor, bell, pad, caliper and hydraulic relationships as one system.

  4. 04

    Written specification

Issue the written fitment decision, final quotation and production specification.

Product and manufacturing record

5 concise product and process records

Wraith component records stay separate from general manufacturing references, and every caption keeps its evidence boundary.

Wraith-specific FAQs

Questions to resolve before ordering

Six focused answers cover the generation, factory-caliper, wheel-clearance and rear-EPB decisions.

Does the shared Wraith/Dawn product title set the dimensions on this page?

No. The legacy listing contains conflicting size statements. Its images are admitted only as a shared product record; the Wraith research references and final approved vehicle drawing control the specification.

Are the listed Wraith dimensions final?

No model-wide approval is implied. Each row states its evidence level, and the final rotor, bell, pad and caliper geometry is released only after the exact vehicle review.

Why is the VIN required?

The VIN helps identify production timing and vehicle specification, but it is reviewed with OE brake references, photographs and wheel measurements rather than used as the only fitment check.

Can the factory calipers be retained?

Only when the approved rotor geometry, pad sweep, hydraulic relationship and caliper condition all pass the engineering review.

Are larger wheels required?

That depends on the approved rotor and caliper envelope. Any larger package requires a wheel-barrel and spoke-clearance template before production.

How is the rear parking brake handled?

The rear arrangement is identified from the exact vehicle. Retained EPB operation and any additional hardware are recorded in the approved specification.
