Warranty & Guarantee

All OWNSILENT-manufactured parts are custom made to your approved vehicle details, specification and finish. We do not offer ready-made stock for immediate dispatch.

Genuine and used parts are sourced to order from third-party suppliers; they are not manufactured by OWNSILENT. The part number, compatibility, condition and included components must be confirmed in writing before you approve sourcing.

Custom-made and sourced-to-order purchases are final sale: no change-of-mind cancellation, return, refund or exchange. This includes genuine and used parts.

Any voluntary product warranty, including its duration, start date, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure, must be stated in the written order terms before approval. There is no universal warranty period for every product. OWNSILENT reviews reported defects in materials or workmanship against the approved specification and applicable law.

These parts are sourced from third parties. Do not assume that a manufacturer warranty applies, transfers to you or is valid in your country. Any available voluntary supplier or manufacturer warranty must be identified in the written order before sourcing is approved. The agreed condition, included components and disclosed wear form part of that order. No voluntary warranty is promised unless confirmed in writing. Mandatory rights still apply.

We check orders before dispatch and may retain inspection and packing records. This does not replace a product warranty or remove responsibility for an undisclosed defect.

• A voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or use outside the agreed specification, unless the written warranty says otherwise.
• Ordinary wear and consumable depletion are not manufacturing defects. A separate defect is assessed on its own evidence.
• Customer-approved inaccurate vehicle information may affect fitment coverage. An OWNSILENT specification or supply error is reviewed separately.

Contact sales@ownsilent.international with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs and relevant installation or technician findings. Stop unsafe use and avoid further alteration while the issue is reviewed. An unboxing video is not a blanket requirement for a defect discovered during use; report such defects promptly after discovery.

An accepted claim may lead to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as appropriate under the written warranty and applicable law. Contact us before returning goods so we can confirm inspection and shipping arrangements.

These restrictions do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Incorrect, misdescribed, damaged or defective goods are reviewed separately under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
