Fitment Guarantee

All OWNSILENT-manufactured parts are custom made to the vehicle and specification approved for the order. Genuine and used parts are sourced to the agreed part number, vehicle application and condition. A vehicle name or catalogue photograph alone is not a confirmation that a part fits every variant.

Review and approve the vehicle details, part number where applicable, dimensions, finish, quantity, included components and any disclosed condition or wear before production or sourcing is authorized. Ask us to clarify anything uncertain before ordering.

• Provide the correct make, model, model year, trim, market specification and relevant factory or aftermarket modifications.
• Provide VIN/chassis details, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration, photographs, measurements, connector details and existing part numbers when requested.
• Confirm any required adaptation, coding, calibration, supporting components or installation work in the written order before approval.

Use an appropriately qualified workshop or technician. Inspect and trial-fit the part where safe before painting, drilling, cutting, bonding, wiring or programming. Stop and contact OWNSILENT if a compatibility concern appears. Routine labour, alignment, calibration and installation are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

If you supplied accurate information and the part fails to match the vehicle fitment or specification we confirmed in writing, send your order number, approval, photographs, measurements and installer findings. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction, repair, replacement or refund for a verified OWNSILENT error, subject to applicable law. We will confirm any necessary return and shipping arrangements.

A change of vehicle, project or preference, or incorrect information supplied and approved by the customer, does not qualify for a voluntary cancellation, return, refund or exchange. Additional work caused by such a change requires a new written agreement on feasibility, price and timing. This also applies to genuine and used parts sourced to order.

These restrictions do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Incorrect, misdescribed, damaged or defective goods are reviewed separately under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
