Carbon-fiber conversion kits, designed as one exterior.

Complete carbon-fiber conversion kits developed as a single exterior programme. The finished vehicle is considered from the front bumper to the rear diffuser, while every supplied panel, finish and supporting item remains controlled by the vehicle-specific specification.

Carbon-fiber conversion component with visible composite finish

Complete exterior scope

Front, side and rear components must work together.

Carbon-fiber front conversion component

Front conversion system

Front bumper, grille, splitter, lamp surrounds and intake trims specified together for the exact donor vehicle.

Carbon-fiber exterior trim component

Side profile treatment

Side skirts, fender details and selected trim that carry the approved design line along the vehicle.

Carbon-fiber rear conversion component

Rear conversion system

Rear bumper, diffuser, exhaust surrounds, spoiler and supporting pieces specified as one coordinated rear package.

Fitment-led production

The component list is only one part of the conversion.

The finished result depends on how every panel meets original bodywork, lamps, sensors, cameras, grilles and exhaust equipment. Trial fitting precedes final paint, clear finish or wrapping.

Vehicle specification

VIN, model year, market equipment, original vehicle images and complete conversion brief are reviewed.

Composite production

Moulds, material schedule, reinforcement and visible carbon finish are controlled for the approved component set.

Trial fitting

Panels, lamps, sensors, cameras, grilles, exhaust openings and mounting points are checked before final finishing.

Final QC and dispatch

The confirmed component schedule, visible surfaces and protective packing are checked before worldwide supply.

Specify the right programme

Complete conversion, soft kit or individual components?

The correct category depends on how much of the original exterior will change. Define the visual target first, then choose a complete architecture, a lighter add-on package or individual replacement parts.

Before production

Fitment is part of the carbon-fiber specification.

The vehicle name alone is not enough for a custom composite order. The exact interfaces, finish direction and supplied component schedule should be confirmed before production.

OWNSILENT product scope

Customer-facing category, programme and supplied component definition.

OWNSILENT project image

Visual description

A description of what is visibly shown without claiming an unsupported manufacturing step.

Fitment confirmation

Vehicle-specific details that require VIN, photos, mounting or interface review.

VIN & exact vehicle

Confirm model year, market specification, body style and current exterior configuration.

Current vehicle photos

Front, side, rear and the exact component area should be documented before quotation.

Material & finish

Dry carbon, forged-carbon appearance, exposed weave, painted zones and clear finish must be defined.

Interfaces

Confirm sensors, cameras, lamps, grilles, exhaust outlets, undertrays and adjacent panels.

Mounting & trial fit

Brackets, hardware, panel gaps and left/right alignment should be reviewed before final finishing.

Approved supplied scope

The final component schedule should state each supplied panel, trim piece, mesh, bracket and hardware item.
